Appreciate

In this age of modernization and technology, we all fail to realize what's important and what isn't. Appreciate what you have on your plate. Appreciate what you wear on your back. Appreciate whatever you wake up to in the morning, and appreciate whatever you're sleeping on tonight. Because trust me, it could be worse, and there is.

We today, worry about the next designer bag, the next car model, the next nokia. And there's people spread out in the world worrying about their next meal. We complain about how the water is too cold, or too hot, when there's people out there literally praying for a drop of water. I even hear some people pondering about what to do with the money in their pockets, when there's people who are on their elbows and knees, yearning for a penny.

We've got air-conditioning at our finger tips, we've got hot water in a press of a button, we've got transport in a call away, we've got food in our stomach, clothes to strip off, and every reason to wake up smiling.

We have everything we need, we really do. Why are we still, constantly complaining? Syukur tah.

When you wake up tomorrow? Thank mummy and daddy/ibu and bapa/ma and abah/ma and pa. For literally.. everything.
